What is personal data and what is its processing?
According to the provisions of the GDPR, "personal data" means all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. adding new contacts to databases - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest (in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO), which is to ensure the efficient organization of the Administrator and to maintain cooperation;
answers to the question asked, in particular via the contact form on the website and in the form of an e-mail (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);
marketing - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest (in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);
for purposes related to the recruitment process for the position indicated in the advertisement, unless you have agreed to the processing of personal data also for the purposes necessary for the implementation of future recruitment processes, the basis is law and consent (art. 221 1 of the Labor Code, art. 6 para. 1 point a GDPR) - processed by the Administrator. We process your personal data indicated in the Labor Code (Article 221 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure) based on legal regulations and providing it is necessary to take part in recruitment, while we process other personal data only on the basis of your voluntary consent.

Permissions in connection with data processing by the Administrator
You have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing and transfer of data.
To the extent that processing takes place for marketing purposes, you can object to the processing of data for this purpose at any time.
To the extent that processing takes place on the basis of consent (newsletter, recruitment), you can at any time, without giving a reason, withdraw your consent in any form, in particular by sending an email to the Data Administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is required to conclude and perform the contract, marketing campaigns and other events organized or co-organized by the Administrator.
