Dear Sir or Madam,

we kindly inform you that "Distola Sp zo.o." (hereinafter referred to as "AD" or "Administrator"), processes information from public and publicly available sources, including the Internet) and from its own collections. This information may include data which, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), are personal data.

In connection with the above, in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation, in order to provide data subjects with the exercise of their rights, the data controller is required to provide information regarding the processing of their personal data referred to in art. . 13 or 14 GDPR. The administrator, regardless of the fulfillment of the information obligation at the time of each data acquisition, presents this information taking into account the main aspects related to the processing of personal data of his clients.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. The current Privacy Policy located on www.ditolaconsulting.pl applies to every AD customer and user of the websites and services it offers.

What is personal data and what is its processing?

According to the provisions of the GDPR, "personal data" means all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular based on an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, the economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person. On the other hand, the processing of personal data should be understood as essentially any activity on personal data, regardless of whether it is performed in an automated manner or not, e.g. collecting, storing, recording, organizing, modifying, viewing, using, sharing, limiting, deleting or destruction.

The purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data are or may be processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

take action before the conclusion, conclusion and performance of the contract (in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);

possible security and claims related to the business - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest (in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO), which is to ensure payment security and fulfillment of the parties' obligations;

handling any complaints related to implemented contracts (in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.b and f RODO);

adding new contacts to databases - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest (in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO), which is to ensure the efficient organization of the Administrator and to maintain cooperation;

answers to the question asked, in particular via the contact form on the website and in the form of an e-mail (pursuant to art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);

marketing - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest (in accordance with art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);

for purposes related to the recruitment process for the position indicated in the advertisement, unless you have agreed to the processing of personal data also for the purposes necessary for the implementation of future recruitment processes, the basis is law and consent (art. 221 1 of the Labor Code, art. 6 para. 1 point a GDPR) - processed by the Administrator. We process your personal data indicated in the Labor Code (Article 221 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure) based on legal regulations and providing it is necessary to take part in recruitment, while we process other personal data only on the basis of your voluntary consent.

Your personal data may also be processed in others

Data recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients:

authorized employees of the Administrator;

entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator: related companies, IT service providers, banks, entities providing postal and courier services, entities providing legal services to the Administrator, advertising and promotional agencies, persons conducting sole proprietorship with a permanent relationship with the Administrator.

Your personal data is not transferred outside the countries belonging to the European Economic Area.

The period of personal data processing

Your personal data will be processed as long as the purpose of their processing exists, as well as for a period that results from other applicable law, in particular:

at least for the time necessary to perform the contract, limitation of claims arising therefrom and the period of storage of related billing documents (if such a contract has been concluded);

for the duration of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, unless you object to the processing of data for marketing purposes;

in relation to personal data processed on the basis of consent - for the duration of this consent, until its withdrawal.

Permissions in connection with data processing by the Administrator

You have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing and transfer of data.

To the extent that processing takes place for marketing purposes, you can object to the processing of data for this purpose at any time.

To the extent that processing takes place on the basis of consent (newsletter, recruitment), you can at any time, without giving a reason, withdraw your consent in any form, in particular by sending an email to the Data Administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is required to conclude and perform the contract, marketing campaigns and other events organized or co-organized by the Administrator.

The administrator may make decisions in an automated manner, including the use of profiling, in relation to your personal data collected, with your consent via cookies, however, it will not have any legal effects on you or similar way to significantly influence your situation - for detailed information in this regard, please refer to the "COOKIES POLICY" section.

What do we use cookies for"?
